Be a part of the Silver Lank Bank team. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) fills a critical role in educating customers and potential customers on the products and services available to fulfill their financial needs. By being a good listener and asking specific, pertinent questions, the CSR can determine what individuals and businesses are looking for in their banking relationship and recommend solutions from our varied menu of options. Additionally, the CSR will assist as a teller when needed which provides additional opportunities to interact with individuals and businesses to further the existing relationship or begin a new one! Growing new business through referrals and seeking out potential customers is also an important component of the position.
Banking experience is not required but is preferred as is experience with Microsoft Office products. What is required is an obvious desire to provide outstanding customer service whether interacting with existing or potential customers or team members.
We’re looking for a positive, energetic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic to fill this front line role. This position will spend part of the time in a floater role which will allow the opportunity to work at other locations and thereby being exposed to a wider customer base.
