Local nonprofit is seeking qualified individuals to apply for the position of Billing and Payroll Specialist. This individual will support the FMS/Business Manager and assist with the operation of the Financial Management Services (FMS), a payroll management system for individuals self-directing their attendant care through State Medicaid Waiver Programs. Position is 32 hours/week with great benefits and a casual, team-oriented environment.
We are looking for someone with an Associates Degree or equivalent college experience, minimum of two years experience in payroll processing, A/R, A/P, and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Sensitivity to the needs of persons with disabilities and demonstrated ability to work independently, problem solve and employ effective listening and communication skills are also a must.
