Local News Source Douglas County adds two more employees

Max Troester is the new Creative Content Developer at Local News Source. He is a recent graduate from Kansas State University with a degree in Advertising/Mass Communications and a minor in Fine Arts. Max has a passion for the arts.  He loves a creative challenge and collaborating with the team to reach our goals.

Stephen Rau has been studying graphic design for three years at JCCC. He enjoys design because he likes to solve problems in a visual way. His hobbies include design, animation, video and board games. Stephen is a strong communicator and is eager to bring new ideas to the LNS team.

Local News Source – Douglas County allows business owners to publish their press releases announcing new hires, promotions, expansions and general business updates.  LNS has an app that will launch July 28th, 2018 and email distribution that pushes notifications that allow users to receive local news relevant to their interest directly from our local businesses.   The site is automated to push all release to social mediums including LinkedIn to make it a multi-dimensional platform for local news.  LNS is currently working to launch in other agent markets.

Local News Source is a free service provide to Douglas County business owners, non-profits and local city and county government offices.
